Softec now offers the possibility for carriers using Amadeus Altea Plan Inventory to store automatically during the night all data which are included in a Passenger Name Record (PNR).

This functionality allows various departments to run queries on booking data apart from any ticketing transaction. Whenever a booking was created or modified, the data are stored. This will become very interesting and efficient in respect of e.g. Yield Management or overbooking. From that source Softec already feeds Revenue Management Systems.
